I never leave poor reviews. This branch at 413 Northfield Rd in Bedford, OH is the worst! The customer service is deplorable. There is always a long wait, I always wind up leaving and driving to the Solon branch where the employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
I see all the comments on how the customer service sucks. Maybe it's the person and not the branch because, THIS IS MY FAVORITE BANK! AND I LOVE THE STAFF!! THEY ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS GREET YOU WITH A SMILE. AFRICAN AMERICAN FRIENDLY.
