I've had my account here for about a year now and customer service has always been friendly and knowledgeable when I've needed help
The managers who run this place use to treat my mother like total dirt. She was a part of this bank for many years, and eventually new management took over and it turned into a disaster. As many can attest to my last name and who know my mother, many customers respected her like she respected them. I've been meaning to post this for awhile, just never had the drive too.
