We have used 1st national since it has been here in Boone. We have always received top notch service and has always been a great help for any of our needs.

Had to go inside the bank to get a temporary debit card it is located in Boone North Carolina and mask are required to any indoor businesses because of the increase in the delta varient due to covid everyone had a mask own which was great it didn't take long to get my card the lady who helped me was very nice and asked me if I had anymore questions so I said no and had my card in about ten minutes they also have coffee free to customers
