I have been an FNB member for the past 24 years and have used dozens of different locations all over western pa and have almost always had a good experience with them. Today, 12-28-23 I drove my wife to work in Franklin from Mercer, and realized that I had forgotten my wallet and that I did not have enough gas to get back to Mercer, thankfully there is an FNB in Mercer right?? This bank is disgusting ... offers overdraft, but when utilized cancels ur debit card without notice, flags your account, and won't let you get another one. So they penalize you for something they offer. Not to mention they don't cash checks written from THEIR bank for non customers over $250... then there's the customer service... can't get a call back to save a life. Also used their Zelle option and was told the money would be in the account GAURANTEED next business day... guess what.... I'm still waiting more than 2 bus d... read more
I've been going to this bank for 15 years now.never had a problem until today 6 14 23. The teller was very rude didn't know what she was doing. When I said something to her all she did was laugh about it.
