If rate higher but recent experience with bill pay online where I set up a 75.00 payment and they sent out 7500.00 doesn't earn them 5 stars. The staff are always friendly tho!
No Customer Service and the Mobile banking app locks you out once a week at least and then take about 30 minutes to get back in.
