I opened an account with this bank and closed it within a week, and that alone should tell you everything you need to know. From day one, they imposed a completely unreasonable $1,000 daily spending limit on my own money. Not because of suspicious activity, not due to any issue on my end, but because I hadn’t yet “built trust” with them. As a result, I literally couldn’t even pay my rent. Not places but phone. There is NO WAY to check your balance, move $ by any app or any toe of connection. As long as I have had an account I have NEVER been able to access anything and I never get any help in anything! Thanks a lot I may not be the richest person for your bank but I see how we get treated!
Customer oriented bank. It's boring as sin inside their branches, but you're not there to have fun. Good employees and a strong history of good decision making.
