Not places but phone. There is NO WAY to check your balance, move $ by any app or any toe of connection. As long as I have had an account I have NEVER been able to access anything and I never get any help in anything! Thanks a lot I may not be the richest person for your bank but I see how we get treated!
Customer oriented bank. It's boring as sin inside their branches, but you're not there to have fun. Good employees and a strong history of good decision making.
WORST BANK EVER!!!!! Never told me I had a fraudulent transaction on my account and when confronted to do a claim they blocked my number and closed my account. It was almost for $1000 dollars, they also refused to give me my money back even with a police report confirming that it was a scam along with several documents to prove it. Highly recommend to stay far away from this bank. Extremely rude and unpleasant to communicate with. Even when confronting the higher up they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue at hand.
