This bank has ALWAYS taken exceptional care of me and my business, and I have been a customer for more than 6 years. I regularly interact with tellers Michelle, Amber, Suzanne, and Mackenzi, and they are always helpful and kind. Andy and Tammy are quick to respond to any requests I have regarding business loan products. Thank you for everything.
Seems like First National bank does not want any customers to come to their locations. All branches have inconsistent hours. 9am - 4pm, that’s fine I’ll just go on a Saturday. Oh wait they’re closed on Saturdays as well. Also FNB is way behind in technology compared to other banks.
The employees are always nice & helpful.... never had a problem. The bad reviews are to be ignored... never has it been crowded, never were any employees rude. Only problem I have is that FNB is not open on Saturday., but that's cool too, that's the reason for the ATM.
I am needing to get in contact with this bank corporate office. Need to tell them how the man that does the car loans treated me when I was talking to him in the phone.
