If I could give them zero stars I would. Never have I ever experienced such terrible banking customer service. It was obvious from the start that she was miserable and didn’t feel like doing her job white lady who works there thinks it’s ok to go back and forth with a customer over something that was none of her business….someone needs to teach her better customer service manners.
