I have been with 1st National for over a decade and I have never experienced something as bad as the lack of customer service I experienced with this particular branch. While I am writing this review currently, I will also be reaching out the the corporate management team about this location. My issue was a simple request: please remove me from a joint account. FBNO post dates transactions and then attempts to charge the customer for these post-dated transactions not initiated by the consumer.
