Too many high fees. We kept a low balance in the free checking. We were charged a rediculous dormant fee for not using the account for a few months. The fee caused the account to go to zero and then they closed the account without our knowledge.
Very good customer service, very friendly, and top of the line banking products. They take good care of their customers.
