Tristan is a excellent at customer service. I give him 5 stars.
My husband banks here and lately the customer service has been atrocious. We used to have a fantastic teller that was just so nice to see and he fortunately for him moved up but, for us it’s been a game changer. We will be switching my husband from this bank to SECU. I’ve never had one single issue there and the people are consistent. Not sure what’s up with this branch but I would go somewhere else…..
I’ve used this bank for a few years now, and not once have I had any issues that couldn’t be fixed. The previous branch manager Nix was amazing, and always understood what I needed. Tristin (the lead banker) always goes above and beyond for any customer. He is tentative and understanding. He is patient when I am explaining what I need taken care of and it is completed when I am at the branch or if not, it is completed same day and he ALWAYS follows up to let me know the status. Bad and rude customer service, I was addressed by "man" instead of "sir" (hey man, yes man, etc). They were not friendly and I did not feel like they cared about helping me
Fast, quick service very knowledgeable tellers very helpful every time I visit Keep up the good work😊
