My debit card had fraud on it so it was canceled. I had to pay $50 for a new one (expedited) that I never received. So, I started using my savings account card. Come to find out, they charge you (and don't inform you until the end of the month) $15 per transaction over the allowed amount. THIS BANK HAS CHARGED ME $1800 in service charges. I have a business account with FNB and came to this location to get a document notarized to confirm my identity for Facebook. I had the form that Facebook gave me to get notarized, as well as two forms of identity. The person there that was responsible for notarizing documents on 8/29/24 at 2pm denied me because “he doesn’t know what the document will be used for”.
