Fees are outrageous and the online banking never works, more of an inconvenience than anything wouldn’t recommend this bank
Very conservatively capitalized bank with superior customer service compared to any of the Big 5 Banks or larger national banks. Mosiey has been great and so has Jerry (the branch vice manager/VP). My family has had a close relationship with the bank and they try their best to attend to any of my banking/client needs. Penny Melanson is the absolute best! I could not have gotten through the past 6 months without her patience and support!
While the reason for my engagement with Lynn Wolff at First National Bank isn't a good one (I am the Executor for my deceased parent), working with Lynn was pure pleasure. She was helpful both in person and via phone with both simple requests (e.g. changing a password) to more complex questions. Lynn made a new experience (managing the estate) a pleasant one and I shall miss working with her now that the Estate has been settled.
I’ve been a customer of this bank for a very long time. I’ve dealt with almost all employees at this location and they have all been very helpful with all my questions and issues (if I ever had any). This bank is instrumental to anyone looking to grow their business. Great bank to do business with, truly a community bank.
