Are there less than one stars available? The bank in its entirety has only issued a partial apology for the grave errors they made with my debit card that has led to some finances being lost. I called the branch manager only to be lectured for not having tried harder to get the bank to send me my new debit card (in reference to the debit card they never sent me despite calling and inquiring with an escalated case).. ⸻ I regret opening an account with First National Bank a few days ago. It’s truly disappointing how poorly the staff treats customers. I asked for help with online banking, but received no assistance at all. Very frustrating experience.😬🤮😡
I was forced to conduct personal financial business at the counter, person was unconcerned, and talked loud about something that should have been discussed with some professional decorum. I miss the days when it was Metro. Had better acct's for senior citizens. And too many fees.
