I was forced to conduct personal financial business at the counter, person was unconcerned, and talked loud about something that should have been discussed with some professional decorum. I miss the days when it was Metro. Had better acct's for senior citizens. And too many fees.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. Alejandro, the banker, was extremely rude and dismissive, stating that he didn’t have time for customers. It was the worst experience I’ve had at a bank—completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for quality customer service.
I work near this branch and stop in frequently. They are very efficient and I always get great customer service. I read posts from angry people who probably have nothing better to do and shake my head. Leigh is one of the friendliest people in the business and goes out of her way to talk to me and make me feel welcome. when I come in. Amanda, Liz, and everyone there are really great. I would visit this branch just for the customer service and the people and would recommend to anyone.
I have no clue what all these people are talking about about it seems like y'all that posted negative reviews must have anger problems I jus moved here from Missouri and the my first day starting a new account and getting everything all set was easy the lady that opened my account sweetest lady in world this branch I've been there 3 times and each time is a great welcoming experience seems like people need to to find another bank but this bank rocks and so does all the employees there that have helped beyond thanks ladies ke... read more
