Very bad banking practices , since the take over of metro bank. Bad hours, and now closing a prime location.
I've been a customer for over a decade, since it was Community Bank. While the hours leave a bit to be desired (compared to Community and Metro), they're no worse than any other bank. Customer service at the Cedar Cliff branch is always friendly. To those complaining about overdraft fees, etc., STOP OVERDRAFTING YOUR ACCOUNT...it's that simple. I've never had an issue with fees, ever.
This bank is not scared to look members of their own community right in the face and explain why they don't care if they're screwing you over. Bank manager explained to me that charging me outrageous fees ($300) as the result of a simple mistake will keep them in business. Great business model because I just opened another checking account with a better bank and I'm closing my account with First National. This bank is a joke, and needs to learn customer service.
