If I could give negative stars, I would. My Dad and Grandparents have been banking with them for years. My dad passed away and it's not like I've dealt with this before. First interaction when trying to figure out the funeral, they were rude and annoyed I didn't know exactly what I was talking about or the right questions to ask. Second time, I brought in the official death certificate for them and instead of condolences I got questioned by another teller, and then was talked to like I was trash. THE worst bank in the valley, by far! No wonder ratings are so bad. I'd give ZERO stars if I could & the dickson city location is JUST AS BAD if not worse if that's even possible! Corporate should be ashamed of themselves. They need to retrain their tellers as they make promises to loyal customers that they cannot fulfill. Management doesn't care & is just as rude. All the reviews are true. Most, if not all of the bank tellers are ignorant and rude. It wasn't always this way there but that's how it is now. Go to dime bank or anywhere else where you don't have to deal with ignorant tellers.
Not impressed with this bank! I had a merchant wrongfully charge my debit card! Me. Jones the branch manager used illegally obtained information in the dispute process. When I tried to explain this to him he started screaming at me and trying to talk over me on the phone! I was trying to explain to him I have autism and he then hung up on me! I believe if cooperate sees this it should be worth investigating Mr.Jones, how this situation was handled, and how Mr. Jones Runs his bank! This is somewhat discriminatory!
absolutely disgustingly rude , asked for the branch manager and the “assistant manager was ignorant and even said he was on a call-and would call me back, he never did and i had to end up calling back and he claimed to “have heard the conversation and tried to cover for the pathetic woman even though she said herself he wasnt around and on a call. they repeatedly tried to undermine me , ive been banking with them for 3 years and never experienced this type of service. never again with this bank. save yourself the headache.
