I had major issues today due to another branch making several mistakes. I came to this location and the staff was very understanding and patient. Their branch manager Destiny fixed my account. I left a satisfied customer

Rosy was very amazing! She was navigating me very well and had a lot of patience! Very great customer service and very professional!
Terrible customer service the females that have an attitude like their king or something I don't know but it is very rude to me and said I'm not taking your service cuz I had a question their computer was down and I was trying to find something out and I can't remember it's been a while but this is a lot of people think you're rude and they're bad for their company
