I went shopping at First National for a car for my daughter. Due to misunderstandings, my first attempt was a horrible experience. The owner became aware of the experience and called me at home to see what he could do to make thing right. After a short discussion, he asked me to return so that we could work out all issues. Toby amazed me by updating the car's settings during the test drive. I also saw the dealers work with customers to ensure the best value car for their budget. I've shopped car dealers (including luxury cars) with less competent staff. I can say that the staff at First National Autos is first rate.
James came recommended to me from family who purchased a vehicle from him before. I told him my situation and what I needed. He helped me come up with the best product for me. I got a small SUV perfect for my growing family at a price I could afford.
Ahmed was very nice, he walked around and searched for a car we wanted. We ended up spending 6 hours with him negotiating and refiling paperwork, throughout this whole process he was never frustrated. We went out happy and would recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service.
