If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. The older woman who did my pedicure rushed through the entire service, carelessly slapping products on my feet with little to no effort. There was essentially no massage at all, the hot towel was left on for maybe 40 seconds, and my feet soaked for barely a minute. Paul is very precise on doing my nails until they are perfect. My spa pedicure was amazing. The massage he did on my feet and legs felt wonderful! He took his time to work out the knots and did a great job polishing my toes.He has gone above and beyond to make me happy with the job he does.
I’ve been going to Paul for sometime now, he is awesome. He always executes well, even when i give him designs that he has to create. He is through, and he gives the best pedicures hands down. Schedule with Paul.
Wow. The nail tech griped the whole time I was there about how busy they were. She did a seriously bad slap dash gel French manicure. Really bad, lumpy, ends unfinished, missed spots, bad cuticles. The color I picked for my toes is not remotely like the book. Not her fault but she could have given me a heads up that they don’t match. After all the b1tching about how busy they were, she didn’t even have a customer after me. I dropped $120 in there. Never never never again. How can they be busy? Who goes back???
My wife swear by this place, and from i see, they do a fantastic job on her nails!! Highly recommend!!
