Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. We scheduled our move a week in advance for 12:00 p.m. The night before, the company texted asking if we could move the appointment earlier. I accommodated them and agreed to 11:00 a.m. They then asked if we could start even earlier because they “might” have other jobs later that day.
