Our family has worked with First Mortgage for 18 years. We have refinanced twice since our original loan and the process has always been seamless. First mortgage is efficient, makes it easy and always has the BEST rate. A local, family business. We like keeping it local!
Was looking for some information on a FHA loan. Was asking questions in regards to their fees and the lady answered me as if I was stupid for asking them. Gave her my price range and said there would be nothing in that range avaliable. She offered to send me rates for calculations on 330,00, as if it was stupid to think I could find anything less in price. I looked at homes for sale on several apps and found homes in my price range within seconds.
Great company to work with. Eric Jr. was on top of everything and made the entire process of buying a house very simple. I did not have to worry one bit and they provided the best rates/fees. Would recommend 5/5
Eric is quick to respond and always follow ups. It's been great working with this locally owned, family business. At the end of the day it's all about price though, and they have great rates!
