Was with Blackhawk over 20 years. Really considering switching. The switch was a nightmare day one. The app is constantly down and I currently can't get in it at all due to "invalid security credentials". Absolutely terrible. Wish Blackhawk would've never sold.

It's sad to see all the terrible reviews. But to be honest I've never had a problem with this bank .I think they are amazing. I've never had an issue and if I do have questions I ask in person and they answer all my questions. I really have nothing bad to say about this Bank . It's Great
Only giving 1 star because I have to. This bank is a complete nightmare. My partner lost his mother a few months ago. His mother took him to this bank to ensure he was listed as beneficiary on all accounts, as she was aware her illness would take her sooner than later. One investment account and the mortgage were missed. No big deal, right? WRONG!! He has sent documentation to this disaster of a business multiple times to no avail.
