On October 26th of this year I had fraudulent activity on my account. they closed off my debit card and on Monday the 27th I went into the bank on Cranston Road and they cut my card in half they told me they would call me as soon as they can to make a new card and they also said probably be the next day because at the time they can't their system was down so I have been going into this Bank everyday asking if they could make me a new debit card everyday I've been told no, now today Oct 30th I went in and I was told oh they m... read more
This is my bank. Every time I come here. Whether it's the drive up window or going inside, I always get the same problems from the same woman. Today she threw her hand up and told me I was a problem. I believe her name is Melinda. I am so unhappy with this place.I am ready to leave
