This is my bank. Every time I come here. Whether it's the drive up window or going inside, I always get the same problems from the same woman. Today she threw her hand up and told me I was a problem. I believe her name is Melinda. I am so unhappy with this place.I am ready to leave
Literally the worst, most frustrating banking experience. We have to use this bank for a corporate business and every day it takes 15-20 minutes just to make 1 deposit in the drive through.
Ms.Archer (I believe was her name) did a great job helping me and explaining things throughly about anything I had questions on. Very kind, friendly and patient as well! ** Had to come on and edit this review because First Mid in Beloit has such great customer service, Melissa really helped me out, making a stressful day a little better! Thank you so much for the consistently well service!
Was with Blackhawk over 20 years. Really considering switching. The switch was a nightmare day one. The app is constantly down and I currently can't get in it at all due to "invalid security credentials". Absolutely terrible. Wish Blackhawk would've never sold.
