Getting more fraudulent charges than ever before
Mortgage statements for my May 1st payment and June 1st payment just arrived in today's mail (6/21/2024). This is unacceptable from any banking institution. First Mid Bank and Trust is providing EXCEEDINGLY POOR SERVICE all around. Good thing I have been using the mobile app to pay my mortgage every month. If I waited for First Mid to get me a statement each month they would be threatening foreclosure by now for non payment. Too bad I can't give a 0 or NEGATIVE rating.
