I have not started an account with this bank as of yet but plan too. I had called 4 banks in total and asked several important questions. I called as opposed to having to drive to each and every one. 2 of the 4 banks tellers/receptionist were rude and rushy. One was both and didn't know the answers to my questions or bother to ask someone else for them... Don’t bank here. The main teller that is here is rude and customer service people do not have a clue what they are doing. Their fees are too high. You’d be doing yourself a favor by going elsewhere!
