If a zero star review was possible, that’s what I would give. They were the title company for our house. It had to be sold due to divorce and because of that they put no effort into the process. The last time they pulled mortgage statement was October 1. The closing wasn’t until November 7. That made the ALTA statement incorrect and I was never given an opportunity to view it prior to the signing date. Then the nasty agent said I needed to work it out with the insurance company.
