Oakland Church has been using FMB for our banking needs for several years and I have always found Kyle and the whole Rochester branch to be so friendly and knowledgeable since they opened a few years ago. I highly recommend banking with them!
Chris and Julianne are always helpful anytime I need help and assistance. Kyle is always so polite and is willing to go the extra mile to help with any issue
I do not recommend this branch. Chris and Juliane are extremely unhelpful and rude and when I asked for a manager I was told one was unavailable. This branch overall is not very tech savvy and you will need to do a lot of your banking needs in person. Their online customer service is also poor and not available outside of business hours and ultimately told me I would have to return in person to this branch for assistance.
