This is most bullshit bank I’ve ever been too. I have banked with them twice now trying to give multiple chances, and I’m constantly let down. Most recently I deposited a hefty amount of cash the day before. Keeping track of my finances there should have been no reason I was denied at the grocery store. Call the bank and what happened?! Computer error they lost my money and put my account in the negative! Plus there’s no way to stop your card from going into the negative like all other banks. The people at the bank are very friendly and very nice… When I opened my account, I was told about a referral reward for me and my friend each earn $50 I got my $50 card but my friend still hasn't and we've contacted the bank five times and have been told that they spoke to the manager and still after a month of complaining and trying to remember to follow up.
