This is most bullshit bank I’ve ever been too. I have banked with them twice now trying to give multiple chances, and I’m constantly let down. Most recently I deposited a hefty amount of cash the day before. Keeping track of my finances there should have been no reason I was denied at the grocery store. Call the bank and what happened?! Computer error they lost my money and put my account in the negative! Plus there’s no way to stop your card from going into the negative like all other banks. The people at the bank are very friendly and very nice… When I opened my account, I was told about a referral reward for me and my friend each earn $50 I got my $50 card but my friend still hasn't and we've contacted the bank five times and have been told that they spoke to the manager and still after a month of complaining and trying to remember to follow up. I don't know why the reason for the bad reviews. We started banking here to get away from the credit unions we use. I have been so helpful and so friendly.
1-star is too many. Untrained, unaware, and dangerous banking. Tellers & management are inept in any responsibility to their clients and the branch manger on Jefferson is indignant and rude. Looking forward to a response from this so I can hopefully reach someone who cares about this banks reputation.
Bank teller gave my license to another person in the drive thru. Called the person to get them to return it, they said they would return it the next day instead. Said person did not return it as stated. Best I can get from anyone at the bank is we're sorry we'll Fed Ex it as soon as we receive it. The lack of concern in this oversight is frustrating. Glad to know some random person has my info and can do with it as they please. Thanks for the great experience. I recommend putting your money elsewhere if this is your bank.
