Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve had with a commercial lender. First Merchants Bank has constant turnover in relationship bankers and extremely poor communication. I went nearly two years without having a relationship banker assigned to my business account, and getting basic questions answered was consistently difficult. During the payoff of a commercial loan for Berlin Investments LLC, the bank added $4,476.71 in payoff and appraisal-related fees that were never clearly disclosed or authorized. I have 3 business account and 1 personal account. I never get changed for business, first time I asked $25 dollars pennies teller name Lexi and she refused me, only she said $5. You can get. 4 account at least give me $15 dollars. But she said bank high authority only approve $5 ? Even before I never take change First merchant bank Jefferson st, now I'm thinking to move my account 🤔
