I've been with first merchants for nearly twenty years, can't fault the friendly staff and all the locations I find, especially, Mason was so great! The updated app is fantastic, smart, offers all the useful search functions and security features essential to personal management. I wish the credit card options made real loyalty and perks, cash back is sadly tiny compared to CashApp, Chase Freedom and Capital One.

It took me 10 minutes at least to make my mortgage payment through the drive-through. When I receive the receipt, it was done incorrectly and we had to do it again. I’m gonna have to use other other branches than this one. These people seem inept.
