The bank tellers are great. Very personable and respectful. There is a man banker that was very rude to my son, who has Autism, that needed to use the washroom. He talked to him like he was a bum off the street trying to use the washroom. We are long time customers and my son saw the washroom sign and needed to use it but didn't know that he couldn't. The man got really up in my son's personal space telling him this. The washrooms aren't available to the public or customers there. We decided to do our banking elsewhere. My s... read more

I've been with first merchants for nearly twenty years, can't fault the friendly staff and all the locations I find, especially, Mason was so great! The updated app is fantastic, smart, offers all the useful search functions and security features essential to personal management. I wish the credit card options made real loyalty and perks, cash back is sadly tiny compared to CashApp, Chase Freedom and Capital One.
