Bank tellers are extremely rude and disrespectful. Not very helpful at all. Doesn't appreciate people's time. Tellers will tell you one thing then tell you something different. Called to talk to bank manager since the bank manager wasn't there the day I wasted my time going into the bank. What kind of bank doesn't have a manager on-site? Watch your money carefully with this bank

The employees at this branch are the rudest people I've come across in a bank. I bank at the emerson branch, the franklin branch and this (135) branch and it's always the same at this branch and has been for years. Stuck up think they're better than you snoody arrogant tellers. Pulled in to the drive up Saturday at 11:51 and sat at the window til 12:00 on the dot and a teller tells me they are closed. Will not be banking here anymore!
I switched to FMB from a large worldwide bank in hopes I would have to “chase” anyone down for customer service, and I definitely made the right choice! Business and personal accounts receive the highest amount of care and attention. Five stars all the way.
