Can never get any of the local branches to answer the phone. You only get their automated customer service line that never leads you to an actual person.
The bank teller wouldn't let me make a withdrawal without telling her my social security number. I already had provided my ID. I am afraid that the teller asked for my social because she wanted to sell it online. I am scared for my security after my interaction and would recommend never going to this location.
Excellent service! Courtney Hiatt was so easy to work with, kept us well informed throughout the whole process of getting our loan. Stacey Wheeler is an excellent manager and everyone is so nice there! The loan process was seamless! This bank was recommended to me, and now I highly recommend them as well!
