Drove past on 1/20/25 and the flag was flying at full-staff and not at half-staff in honor of President Carter’s death. Surly this was a mistake? FMB’s flag was the ONLY flag like this. If this was on purpose, you made a poor choice.
I’ve had a great experience since switching to first merchants bank. The front staff along with the manager Christine have been amazing. It’s so nice to walk into a bank and they know you by name. Christine is very knowledgeable and will take the time to walk you through any and everything you need help with.
Had to wait 20 mins for my turn I understand being short staffed so I asked them if someone could help me and the way manager said “NO” was extremely rude, wish i could give zero star
The staff at this First Merchants Bank branch is incredibly kind and helpful. They always take care of what you need quickly and get you on your way. I would recommend them for wire transfers and any other banking needs.
I frequent the VIP section of this bank quite often... Actually daily! I'm literally part of the family, I've never met a group of people that are as welcoming as this group. Guest service at its finest. If you don't agree then there's something definitely wrong with you. Hold yourself accountable 😎 click the 5th star. They deserve it.
