If I could give zero stars, I would. The salesperson assured us that we could exchange the knee brace if it didn’t fit the patient, but now the owner is not honoring what we were promised. I consider this to be dishonest and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place; it would be better to buy somewhere else where they stand by what they promise.
We bought a knee brace, and the employee assured us that if it was not the one the doctor had requested, we could return it and receive store credit. When we brought it back, they told us they could not do that and said the employee did not know why he had told us that. They give customers false information and make promises they do not honor. Very disappointing customer service.
