Dr Amy Heitzner is our new family doctor replacing Dr Tilllmann. She is wonderful. Caring and has a good sense of humour. We are so fortunate to have her providing our medical care.
Had never had any issues until earlier this year. After being alerted to the problem (although a few weeks later), Dr. Laakso and her head receptionist took immediate action to meet my needs. I am always grateful for this office.
Staff are kind and Dr.Laakso is professional. Highly suggest if you are looking for a doctor in Orillia.
I was a patient of Dr Maarten Reinders for over 20 years. Loved him as a dr and when he left I was sad to see him go! I have to admit I was nervous to see his replacement! Right away when I saw Dr Heather Laakso I respected and really liked her! I never went to the office much until I had a very tough year a year ago! I was going regularly!
