Booked on zocdoc and when I arrived, I got looked at immediately once it was my turn. Once I was seen the doctor was so supportive and attentive and met all of my concerns. Definitely recommend. Very straight forward.
Horrible experience. First of all. I booked a GYN annual visit on zocdoc, completed ALL check in documents, then I was bombarded with text messages one of which telling me to arrive 30min early for my appt. Upon arrival the office is closed and I’m told they don’t open until 7:45. At check in the little girl at the front desk took her time coming out to greet me and when she finally did she asked for my ID and insurance then proceeded to insist my PCP update on my insurance card.
