I started at Kelly/Danforth and had to go to MacArthur/Memorial, because the M.D. on duty at the location near my home does not see Worker's Comp patients. I had 2 visits at MacArthur/Memorial, there were 2 different receptionists working on each visit and they were both polite, the nurses and supporting staff were professional. I was treated by P.A. Well I am in a wheelchair and the receptionist opened the door for us and was very courteous. The staff was great and took their time getting accurate vitals. The Dr. explained what he was fixing to do and was informative as he removed the staples then held the door open for the nurse to take me to the car. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

I searched for urgent care on Google and found First Med. They did excellent. The visit was quick and easy with a friendly staff to provide medical attention.

Great experience especially because I only visited a clinic due to my mother's urging! The receptionist was kind and checked me in a timely manner. What I wrote for my reason for visit seemed alarming (blurry vision) so I was immediately taken back for a blood pressure check (the blurry vision was only for like a minute, but no room to elaborate on paperwork)! I've seen Dr. Bilbao several times. He is excellent! he is the smartest Dr. I've come across. I just wish he was primary care. He always makes the right call on treatment; that's very important to me. As well, he's not apathetic as some doctors I've seen. I only go to First Med because of him. The 5 star rating is strictly for Dr Bilbao. I've seen him several times in the past and he always makes the right call on treatment and gets me feeling better. I really appreciate his expertise!

I heard about you on Facebook and I've also seen the location as I was driving by on the way to work. Beginning when I walked in and as I was leaving, everyone was so kind, helpful, and professional.

There are great, thorough, caring, and very courteous staff here. They gave good care instructions. There was no wait. It was an awesome, convenient location for me, too.

Fast and efficient. Kat, the PA, answered all my questions before I even had opportunity to ask them. She was courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. There is nothing worse than a Dr. or PA who runs in and immediately back out and will not take the time to explain and answer questions. Fortunately, I did not have that experience.
