No handwashing or glove changes between patients in the lab. Where is the professionalism and basic cleanliness taught to medical professionals.
I'm not even giving one star on this medical facility! I agree with the other reviews. They have no sympathy for any patients nor do they know how to diagnose or treat any symptoms. They usually treat ones symptoms by a patient from 10 yrs ago with symptoms they had, not by each person as an individual. I do not recommend this facility for any emergency or non emergency treatment. Even patients (such as my mom) that's been going for 25yrs. now still gets Misdiagnosed and no respect or sympothy for any medical issues she's ha... read more
NEVER Go here if you want to be treated with common respect and courtesy. After waiting for 2 hours to see Dr Fountain I was told by his nurse I had to many problems and needed to pick 2 things that was wrong with me because the doc only had 15 minutes. I was like WOW! She completely had no kind of care or emotion to her at all just cold and unprofessional. NEver would reccomend anyone going here for any kind of care period!
Don't waste your time here! Ugly attitudes after hours. How can an Immediate Care facility who's hours are until 7:00 - turn a patient away at 6:00?? One car in the lot???? Really! Waste of time!
