Husband was a concierge patient who was ghosted in October, 2024 when he desperately needed medical attention. I called the office four times over two days and never received a return call. $1,000 doesn't get you much these days. Not even the courtesy of a telephone call.

Dr. Landfield is 81 and showing signs of dementia. He can't remember from one appointment to the next what your medical problems are. And he's very, very angry.
This is clearly a man who is living with an outdated mindset and perceives modern approaches to health as threatening, instead of exciting. Do yourself a favor and unless this appeals to you, go elsewhere.
Save yourself the headache. Choose another doctor. The aggravation I went through just to get a prescription filled was insane. I honestly think they just take my messages and throw them away. Now I'm trying to get a renewal for the prescription and the same thing is happening. Absolutely no action and I have to keep calling and calling. I have only been going to them since March 2022 but I'm done with them. On to another doctor.
