They have absolutely no sense of timing. Every time I arrive at my scheduled appointment, I end up waiting — or I get a message asking me to come later because the therapist is delayed for some reason. Also, the front desk service is very very unprofessional. She doesn’t seem to know what’s going on, gives unclear or unrelated answers, and it often feels like a complete waste of time trying to communicate. Aside from awkwardly smiling and saying “sorry,” She doesn’t seem to know anything at all.

这家做肩颈按摩挺到位的，按到那块酸得我哆一下但马上放松，足疗按摩也很棒，力度慢慢推开那种。头疗按完整个人轻一点，师傅都看起来挺有经验，讲话不多，手法挺稳，按这么久这个价格还挺划算的。

Went there with my boyfriend for the $99 massage for two. I got Mia, and had a wonderful full body massage. One the other hand, my boyfriend was not satisfied with his service because the masseuse put a very hot towel on his back without asking if the temperature was okay. No communication at all during his session.

The lady there convinced us to do 6 hours of treatment and told us we can get RMT receipts. In the end they never gave the receipts to us. We did not want to do that many treatments but she kept soliciting the to us. Shady business.

The spa was relaxing, felt pretty quiet overall. Staff was polite, didn’t rush anything, which I appreciated. Comfortable setup, nothing overly fancy, but it worked for me. Good vibe, tbh.
