Major kudos to First Marine for solving a problem with one of our AC units before we departed FL. The tech [Marcel] arrived in a very timely manner, did a great job diagnosing the problem, was polite and swift to get us ready for our trip. Not notch, and for perspective, I worked in the Marine Industry for +40 years. So I know a bit about service providers and the plethora of issues many boaters have in finding reliable companies to help them with an issue.
