This is a revised review now that my father has been living there three years. While the building is very nice, the rooms spacious, and the interior facilities lovely, the care is absolutely NOT where it should be. The owning company, Granger, is more interested in profit than resident care. Since my dad moved in they have gone through FOUR executive directors, multiple lower level directors, and they can't keep sufficient care staff to care for the residents. Looks like a beautiful place was only there watching my granddaughter dance for them.
Our experiences started very positive when my Uncle moved in to the facility in December 2019. Once American House bought out First & Main and fired the 2 individuals that knew the residents the best it took a turn for the worst. Resident's walk around in soiled clothes with no staff to be found and there is not a good way to get in touch with them. They fail to be responsive to families or resident needs.
