Called yesterday to find out what they would charge us to remove a bolt from the manifold in order to pull the exhaust and have the catalytic converter changed. The guy seemed confused by the request even after explaining it a few different times, so frustrated we just asked what it would cost for them to replace the catalytic converter. Quoted us $140.
