Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional company. I placed an order over a month ago for a stuffed animal for my son (Order #602861). They took my money right away, but never shipped anything. I called twice to follow up and spoke with a lady named Nancy. She promised to refund me, but kept finding excuses. She told me their IT department forgot to remove the stuffed animal from their website — okay, mistakes happen — but why is it so hard to just refund my money? It’s been over a month! This company is awful to deal with. After sending half of a split shipment back that arrived 3 months after the guaranteed delivery date, they tried to collect on it twice. Fast forward two more months, and out of the blue, a duplicate order arrived at our business! We called and they argued with us. Telling my wife she placed the order a week ago. I do the purchasing, not my wife. And after the last interaction months ago, I'd never work with them again. RUN away as fast as possible.
