I needed an MRI, but I was frightened of tight spaces. The machine was a new, wide bore. I received headphones with my choice of music, a warm blanket and superior care and compassion to help through this imaging. 5 Stars to the staff- from scheduling to administration of the MRI!! The price was lower than any other facility, too.
I don't know if this is the cheapest place around but it can't be far from it. Really amazing staff over there, Dr gay was absolutely the best! Not only do they get you in and out as quick as possible they're also very thorough with the report and I highly recommend paying for the video report as it is very well explained and informative!
I am so appreciative for the convenience and quality of care I received at First Look MRI. I was very nervous, needing to have a brain MRI done asap but not wanting to pay hospital prices. The office front desk staff was extremely kind and friendly; they were respectful and thorough. I was calling around and asking many questions, and they were met with love and care. Dr. Gay was great! He was very good with my daughter, explaining how it worked (MRI), and put her mind at ease before getting started. This facility doesn't take or file insurance, but the price was fantastic compared to the hospital and another imaging facility priced with our insurance. The waiting area was nice and clean, and I was able to make the appointment on a Saturday, which was super convenient with my work schedule. I would recommend this place to anyone needing an MRI!
Dr.Gay and staff were very thorough and had me in/out a lot quicker than I anticipated. The narrated video and images are precise and very clear to me. I highly recommend his establishment to all those in need of an MRI report. Cut to the chase and get on with the case.
