This shop is absolutely incredible! It was my first and only stop to find my dress - Jossa and her mom are so knowledgeable and sweet. The experience is super personalized and private - everything I was looking for. I knew as soon as I walked in that I would find my dress that day!
THE BEST experience ever! I went to a couple stores before this one but I didn't have good luck; then my friend found this place and hands down the best customer service, Jo is amazing so helpful, sweet and kind also dresses are beautiful and affordable so if you are looking for a perfect dress and the best customer service then First Look Bridal is your place!
This was the absolute cutest place with really beautiful dresses. Jossa and her mom were so genuine and sweet, and I’m really glad I ended up buying my dress here so I could support such lovely people! Literally my last stop out of 9 other places. This was hands-down, the BEST shopping experience. Jo and her mom made me feel absolutely beautiful and took their time to help me find the perfect dress. There was no pushy sales pitches or trying to get me into a more expensive dress for profits; they truly wanted me to find the right dress for my big day. I felt like I was shopping with friends.
