This bank spells service with a capital "S." I've had a commercial loan with them for years & just went through (what I thought would be a painful) refi & the team at FLNB made it simple & easy. They were so helpful I moved 2 business accounts there. They made helped me facilitate that transfer & made it all so smooth. They answer emails usually within minutes, they answer phone calls with live people, they recognize me when I walk in a branch & make me feel welcome. It makes me want to move all my personal accounts there.
First Lockhart has been our bank for years. They are always ready to help. There is never a line because the staff is so efficient. I also want to add that the ATM is FAST!!! Thank you!
