We had an amazing experience with this shuttle service! We were traveling with two other couples, and they picked us up and dropped us off at three different locations without any issues. Very disappointed. Instructions to find the limo were cryptic at best. See below notes Notes: Exit doors opposite escalators, walk underneath the overhead walkway and cross over 3 curbsides, Look for the sign that reads LIMOS. Proceed down the stairs (7 stairs) and the First Light Limo chauffeur will be there with a sign for you and will take your bags. The limos are actually in central parking level G. Charlie saved the day and April vacation for us last minute! Upon a last minute flight change we were stuck with no transportation from New Hampshire to Logan. Charlie was so gracious and helped to get us picked up at 4:30 a.m. this morning to make sure there was no interruption to our vacation, 100% recommend, the best customer service for the best experience ever!
had this company for 3 years i went to crest collab andover it was my bus co and im gonna say it BEST COMPANY EVER always on time polite drives never missed a ride i want to say thank you to diane karen for your great driving and you always talking to me during the rides 10/10 recommend
What an amazing service and set of drivers! Eddie and James are professional, kind, punctual, and very understanding with our baby. It made our travel to and from the airport completely stress free!
