Really disappointed, came in with some serious skin infection just got more and more antibiotics and made more damage then good.. doctor didn’t even looked at my skin just gave me antibiotics straight and mentioned “in Australia we just want to kill it all” 🤔
Very disappointing experience with First Light in Byron Bay. I urgently needed my CT and X-ray scans from Ballina Hospital (done on 26 April). The hospital told me my GP could request them and receive them within a few hours. First Light promised me I’d get them the next day, but nothing happened. I’ve followed up multiple times in person and on the phone, and each time I was told they would send them to me — but I’m still waiting. These scans are important for starting treatment, and the delay has been extremely frustrating... read more
