I've seen a lot of chiropractors over the years and Lily is by far the best! Appointments never feel rushed and she does a detailed, full body check-up each time. She takes time to listen and is a wealth of information regarding chiropractic care and taking good care of your body.
I’ve really noticed how much more in tune I am with my body and how much more I’m able to regulate my nervous system after receiving regular chiropractic care from Dr. Lily—not to mention the immediate relief I get from neck, shoulder, and back tension from working at a desk all day! There’s so much more to chiropractic than cracking backs, and I’m so glad Dr. Lily has helped me understand that it’s all about nervous system regulation! It feels good to take care of my body in this way 😊
I absolutely love seeing Dr. Lily! Her care has helped me through some very stressful seasons, and she consistently helps me improve—not only with pain, but in so many areas of daily life, including sleep. The family-focused care she provides at First Light Chiropractic is incredible, and I will always recommend her to anyone in or around the Lee’s Summit area :)
Dr Lily is the best! At my first visit, she listened to me and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense to me. She helped me understand that sometimes coming back even when you already feel better is necessary. I never felt pressured to keep coming back if it wasn’t what was best for me and I was never pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. If you are looking for family care that is local to Lee’s Summit, I highly recommend Dr Lily and First Light Chiropractic!
I love it when I get to see Dr. Lily! She is a great listener and adjuster. She is also so knowledgeable about the body and helps explain the root cause of the problem! Highly recommend!!!
