I am very disappointed about Ms. Cherrie Liu's services because during the online session, when I sincerely expressed my concern that she keeps asking me what do I want for the next step, I couldn't answer her because I was lost at that life stage and that's why I reached out for some advice. I attended a session in 2017 with a misogynistic and unprofessional counsellor named Gerald who not only ignored me and shut me down several times but used terms like "do you know what your problem is?". This man does not respect women and needs to be made aware of his position of power. This is a conservative man who perpetuates the oppression of women and archaic heteronormative values. I almost never write reviews, but word needs to go out about this place for any Christians out there struggling with mental health! Ms Cherrie Liu is full of empathy, patience, gentleness and professionalism. My life has been going downhill for almost a year, but Cherrie took the time to understand my struggles and convictions, and provided me advices, even worksheets, that were appropriate to my situation.
