I rented here for 1 month in 2018. The people were extremely friendly. I especially enjoyed the nightly happy hour at sunset and the various celebrations for a Super Bowl, Valentines Day and the farewell dinner for departing renters. The unit I rented I did not like but could not find a place to write a separate review.
Gorgeous scenery views from balconies. The place is nicely kept and the staff is very friendly.
Great place to stay. There's even one unit where you can take 2 steps out of the back door and you're on the beach. Only one I'm aware of on any SRQ beach that does that.
