I would recommend taking your needs elsewhere if you want clear communication. My case has been handed off many times and I've called and can never speak to anyone about my case because they are not in or off. Called in on a Wednesday morning, gave possible times to contact me back. I had to call in Friday today 1pm and still have no response because case manager is not on till Monday. Still waiting for a response
